Atlanta, GA – Empower Me! Corporation will officially launch the Empower Me! Institute http://www.empowermeinstitute.com in January 2010 and they are looking for Instructors NOW. The Institute, a property of Empower Me! Corporation http://www.empowerme.org, has opportunities for coaches, consultants, trainers and instructors to teach classes utilizing the latest in technology and blackboard systems.
With an uncertain economy and the urgent need to enhance professional skills, women are finding that they need to continuously upgrade and learn new skills to give themselves a competitive advantage in the workplace. Founder Adrienne Graham designed this institute to give women a place to take live, interactive web based classes in career management, networking, entrepreneurship and social media branding. Classes allow women to not only learn new skills but learn to leverage those skills to create new opportunities for themselves.

Sessions are six weeks long, fully interactive, and designed to appeal to the busy professional woman. They can be taken anywhere there is an internet connection. Classes are designed to build skills and allow Women to take control and ownership of their professional development (and brand) to be competitive on a global scale. The Institute prides itself on utilizing top technology and the power of social media to deliver a top notch, unrivaled learning experience. Online classes are becoming more widely accepted (and respected) and have even been adopted by colleges & universities. It’s still an evolving landscape and many individual instructors don’t have the capacity or budget to build their own learning facility.
Applications from instructors are being accepted through December 15, 2009 and can be submitted at http://www.empowermeinstitute.com. Empower Me! Institute will announce the course line up in mid-December, when students will be able to register. Adrienne Graham will be teaching only three of the classes offered- Power Networking, Social Media Branding and Self Publishing. Graham was featured in the October 2009 issue of Black Enterprise Magazine (Publish or Perish), was recently selected as a Top Ten Savviest in Social Media Winner in StartupNation's Top 100 contest, and spoke on panel at the Darden School of Business' Women in Technology-Social Media Event.
