PRC Announces Strategic Alliance and Representation Relationship with Trademark Global
St. James, New York, October 19, 2009 - - PRC Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce a Strategic Alliance and Representation Agreement with Trademark Global (Trademark). Under the agreement Trademark will represent the sale of Euro-Pro and Euro-Pro Shark Branded products as well as other products remanufactured and distributed by PRC. “The relationship with Trademark will improve the overall responsiveness our retail buyers needs” says Charles Pipia, President of PRC. He continued by stating that “with Trademarks expertise as a stocking location and its fulfillment service, retailers will receive product faster”.
Jim Sustar, President of Trademark stated that “My team is excited about the alliance and is looking forward to working with PRC in order to service all retail buyers to fulfill their product needs.”
In the near future, PRC’s retail buyers will receive a phone call from their Trademark sales associate to discuss new products.
