DiFranco has assisted Passage Home annually for ten years, consistently donating holiday decorations, Christmas trees and gifts to dozens of their families in need. With DiFranco’s commitment Passage Home was able to “break the cycle of poverty” in families around Wake County.
Awards were presented at Passage Home’s Annual 3C Breakfast hosted at the Brier Creek Country Club. The community service award was granted to DiFranco in the corporate category, he was recognized alongside community groups and congregations.
DiFranco has been involved in real estate for more than 30 years in construction, sales and leasing, including office, flex, industrial and retail space. He has assisted companies with growth and expansion strategies, exit strategies, creative financing, vendor recommendations and facilities management.
DiFranco is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). According to the CCIM institute only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.
