Designed for all fitness levels, personal trainer, fitness expert, and owner of Transformations 4 Life, Julie Wilcoxson will help individuals learn how to take charge of their wellbeing.
The class will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6 :00 am to 6:30 am starting on January 6 and ending on March 19, 2010.
Students will learn information they can apply to their daily lives -- about the
harmful effects of starvation diets, what's right and wrong about the following fad diets,
how to boost metabolism so they can burn fat more efficiently, and how to keep motivated. This newest camp will include a Special Nutrition Guideline Booklet, body fat composition testing, measurements, motivational emails, and access to your personal trainer.
