“If you hurt, we will heal.”
Car accidents and personal injuries happen every day leaving people hurting in a variety of different ways.  When unfortunate accidents occur and individuals are left experiencing pain, they turn to professionals for help.  Finding a good professional physician can be a daunting task. Doctors like Saad Chaudhary, a spine specialist, know how important good health and living pain free is to patients.  Dr. Chaudhary is the newest member of the Orthopedic Institute which specializes in all kinds of treatment relating to the complete muscular and skeletal system of the body.  Their practice consists of many medical practitioners, specializing in various types of pain associated with arthritis, bone fractures, muscle tears, spinal injuries and much more.
Upon completion of a combined neurological and spinal fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Chaudhary was ready to begin his private practice.   Oklahoma City was an attractive location to begin his private practice because of proximity to family members.  When he was offered the opportunity to join Orthopedic Institute, he gladly accepted the invitation. “What I like most about the Orthopedic Institute is the range of musculoskeletal specialists who help a variety of patients with comprehensive treatment all under one roof,” said Dr. Chaudhary.
Dr. Chaudhary was inspired to become an orthopedic  surgeon when he began experiencing back pain while in college.  He wanted to learn more about issues of the spine so he could help himself but also help others later on.  From his personal experience and appreciation for feeling healthy, this doctor is driven to help people resolve their back pain.
“Everyone knows it’s important to take care of their heart and organs , but our spine is equally as important,” said Dr. Chaudhary.  “In order to help keep our bodies and spines healthy, it is important for one  to do aerobic exercises at least three times a week for 30 minutes.  This helps the muscles and disks in the spine to stay flexible .  Smoking also leads to degeneration of the spine and bones .”
Dr. Chaudhary and his associates consider a variety of treatments including physical therapy, pharmacologic solutions, and pain management interventions before recommending surgery for their patients. The team at Orthopedic Institute prides itself on helping each patient become pain free based on a course of treatment that best fits an individual circumstance, using cutting edge and minimally invasive techniques .
“If you’re healthy, stay healthy,” recommends Dr. Chaudhary. Often this can be achieved through good exercise and nutrition regimens. However, with accidents and aging, there will be circumstances when people need medical treatment.  “If you’re hurting, come see us and we will make you feel better.”
