The new DogWatch Cigar Radio iPhone and iPod Touch application allows listeners to tune in to the longest running internet cigar show without waiting to download the episode. Archived shows and special features are also available through the app which may be purchased from the iTunes App Store.
Bob McDuffee, co-host of Dogwatch Cigar Radio, says that he is excited to be providing another vehicle for bringing over-the-air herfs to more listeners. Herfs are defined as gatherings of individuals who smoke and discuss cigars. The DogWatch Cigar Radio Weekly Cigar Herfcast focuses on cigar reviews, issues and news, with lively discussions of cigars and cigar related products. The show is hosted by dynamic personalities who bring their own flair to the art of the cigar. The hosts, Bob McDuffee and Dale Roush, are the only Certified Salesforce Tobacconists currently working in the broadcast media. DogWatch Cigar Radio also broadcasts interviews with leaders and personalities in the cigar industry. “If you are a cigar enthusiast, then this is the app to keep you up to date and to learn more about the hobby of cigars,” says Bob McDuffee.
Listeners may join DogWatch Cigar Radio on Friday nights as the show is taped in front of a live audience. In addition to the show, there are bonus materials and special features coming soon in the app, including customized cigar review sheets, wallpaper, behind-the-scenes audio and video and the occasional listener call-in. The application is available for purchase from the iTunes App Store at http://itunes.apple.com/
