R&b sensation Chris Tian is offended and upset with comments left for Elton John on Yahoo. Chris was seen on the Today Show and had songs aired on national TV shows such as ALL MY CHILDREN (abc) and GIRLFRIENDS (cbs)...
As you may know Elton John was very ill with both E-Coli and H1N1, Chris is so glad to see him much better now and hopes he keeps getting totally well. He was very worried about the Pop star genius. Tian went on yahoo and saw comments about Elton John and was mortified with the hate and homophobic reactions towards Elton. The article was about Elton John back on his feet from being very ill with 2 serious diseases while others read it as a "lifestyle matter" and used homophobic terminologies against Elton. Another thing, some of the people commenting are using President Barack O'Bama's face(Avatar)
"Voicing opinions are one thing, but when it's a major hate crime thats another and hateful, violent comments from people should be taken seriously."
Tian also says, "This has to stop!"
Chris feels Yahoo can do a better job with monitoring comments that go too far. He feels when hateful/violent comments are left up on the boards that if a child comes across them accidentally they can learn to hate and say real hurtful things to people.
