In the presence of light, the photo-catalyst decomposes the organic contaminants like sooth, hydro carbon, stains and mold. Without the adhesion of organic pollutant, the inorganic pollutants left on the surface can be easily rinse away by rain and garden hose water.   Surface cleaning of building materials like stucco, tiles, sidings, facades,  concrete and glass panes to cause problems, consequently results in high costs and polluting our planet.   Photocoat self-cleaning thin film technology protects the building’s exterior; once it is applied, new buildings (or restored) remain clean for many years.
