Schaumburg, Ill.—Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Thermopolis, Wyo., reports that its new HospitalPortal.NET™
“We were spending entirely too much on a policy and procedure management tool online,” said Tim Knight, director of information technology for Hot Springs County Memorial. “Our new Intranet will enable us to save thousands of dollars per year that we would have had to spend had we kept the previous system.”
HospitalPortal.NET is a leading provider of secure hospital-specific Intranet sites for electronic information sharing and information publishing. In addition to policies and procedures, the company included other time-saving functions with its portal including electronic forms.
