Hometown Peninsula and Peninsula Shops want to strengthen the SF Mid-Peninsula. Both organizations becoming apart of one another’s membership creates a unique and cohesive effort in helping the community connect.
In the upcoming weeks Peninsula Shops and Hometown Peninsula will communicate to one another’s member base through joint co-branded efforts. The ongoing communications will help local merchants be heard on the Peninsula while educating and reminding the community the value of local.
Clark Kepler, founder of Hometown Peninsula, personally knows the value of local consumers recognizing local merchants. "It was amazing to see the passionate outpour from the community when Keplers Books decided to keep its doors open." -Clark Kepler.
Peninsula Shops intends to help local merchants be heard through an umbrella approach, consistently reminding the community about events, merchant specials and valued partnerships.
"If we did not recognize the individual value each person represents (merchants & consumers), The Peninsula would not exists as we know it. Community is essential to the wonderful lifestyle that The Peninsula affords us." says Jason E. Sutherland, Owner / Founder of Peninsula Shops.
