Washington, DC: The Heiress Company will host the District’s most artistic and fabulous HAIR XPLOSION 2010 Competition and Showcase, Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the Embassy Suites (Convention Center) Hotel; 900 10th Street, NW, Washington, DC.
In true hair show fashion, east coast salons from as far south as Richmond and as far north and Philadelphia will emerge on the Nation’s Capitol to compete for a grand prize of $2,500 and bragging rights. Each salon will present a six to eight minute performance while showcasing their hair designs. Performances will be judged based on styling creativity, performance creativity, originality and overall performance execution.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit persons interested in attending local hair academies.
