Tim Baker, of Capitol Strategy Group, will serve as the campaign’s strategic adviser. Baker has more than 10 years of experience managing and consulting political campaigns, having worked on more than twenty campaigns for federal office.

His extensive experience in electing candidates to Congress includes working all across the southeast with the National Republican Congressional Committee, developing and implementing paid and earned media, mail, grassroots and fund-raising plans for many campaigns.
He previously served as Congressman Max Burns' Chief of Staff in Washington and assisted in raising nearly $5 million for Burns during the last two election cycles.
During the 2002 cycle, Baker served as the Southern Field Representative for the National Republican Congressional Committee, helping House Republicans defy history and add seats to the House Republican majority

Michael Wardell is a medically retired veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving in Japan and Africa with the Department of State. Wardell is married with two children.
