Along with experience and unparalleled work ethic, Nabulsi brings a love of the business to this endeavor and willingness to wear many hats while her company gets off the ground. Raised and educated in Connecticut gives Nabulsi an upper hand in the marketplace, namely Hartford, CT Entertainment Group’s headquarters. After earning her BA in Communications at Central Connecticut she entered the hotel and hospitality industry where she worked for three years as a Human Resources Coordinator. Subsequently, she made the decision to pursue multiple internships and ultimately landed under the valuable mentorship of Focus Marketing in Great Neck, New York. Here, Nabulsi learned the ropes and thrived on the mentality of the company and its loyalty to customers, quickly being promoted to Assistant Manager. Nabulsi’s entrepreneurial spirit would not let her stay in one place for long and she soon found herself opening her own office and embarking on a journey with the CT Entertainment Group in Hartford.
Since Nabulsi has been with the CT Entertainment Group the company has done nothing but flourished, recently hitting the million dollar mark and quickly soaring beyond it. She has been a chief player in the marketing of their many clients and has contributed to the overall growth of the company. In addition to her many, significant achievements, including the growth of numerous accounts, she has been a constant fixture on the company's top 10 account manager list.
It goes without saying that with a successful business the ownership potential is key to the venture’s success. And, with Nabulsi’s momentum and drive ownership has been rapidly, and successfully, achieved! When asked where her inspiration comes from Nabulsi simply breaks it down, “I love working in an environment where results are palpable for both me and my team, and at CT Entertainment Group that’s exactly how it is. The more you put into it the more you get out.” Nabulsi goes on to say, "I have been coached every step of the way which is truly the best learning process of this business. Every day I come to work motivated to be the best I can be and also provide endless amounts of support to those around me to make my team the best possible.”
