Timothy Abbott and Gregg Kirk of the 25 Smokin’ Figurados put down their instruments on November 8th to do a phone interview with Bob McDuffee of DogWatch Cigar Radio. In the interview, they discussed their upcoming new album and their love of fine cigars. The show is available for download on the DogWatch Cigar Radio.
"It was good timing when Bob reached out to us for the interview. Tim had just flown in from Austin and we were in the studio at the same place and time. We were recording all that week, working on new music for our next CD and it was cool to start talking about the new stuff. It's also great talking to Bob who knows his smokes.” says Kirk and Abbott.
The 25 Smokin’ Figurados’ new CD, tentatively titled ‘13 American Tales of Salvation & Sobriety’, is due to be released in early 2010. Their first CD, ‘Divine Spirits, Holy Smoke’ was released in November 2009.
