Nashville, TN – Rock ‘n Roll band 20 Minutes To Park is creating a major buzz among music lovers in the Nashville, TN scene. The group’s recent pre-order for their new album “Changin’ Tones” quickly sold out, and fans are clamoring about the band’s CD release show at 3rd & Lindsley Bar & Grill on Nov. 17th, 2009. 20 Minutes To Park is rapidly becoming a major player among Nashville rock bands.
20 Minutes To Park has been touring and making music independently for the last 8 years. Their new effort, “Changin’ Tones,” is an intermingling of Chicago-blues, Nashville-country, and pure rock ‘n roll. The album showcases twelve tracks with a braid of influences to the likes of Ryan Adams, The Black Crowes, and Ray Lamontagne. While they are out of first edition copies for the pre-order period, physical copies of the album can be purchased at their CD release show. The band says they’ll make a second edition if they run out of first edition versions of “Changin’ Tones.” Lead singer and rhythm guitarist Mitch Strohm of the group says, “We’re very happy about the outcome of the pre-order and extremely excited about the CD release show at 3rd & Lindsley. It’s our first show back in over a year, and we’re certainly ready to get back at it.”

About 20 Minutes To Park
20 Minutes To Park is still kicking, screaming, and rocking after 7 years! After playing hundreds of shows, meeting a palette of interesting people, and creating dozens of songs along the way, they truly realize what it means to be musicians. It doesn’t have much to do with guitar technicality, rock star outfits, album artwork, or Twitter followers – even though those might help a little. Sustainability in music revolves around one vital attribute – sincerity. Their goal as musicians is to capture that sincerity and never let it escape. To sum things up – they are just a couple guys that love creating music.
