The Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC) has elected four new members to its Board of Directors for terms beginning December 1, 2009. As the governing body of PCDC, the Board is responsible for the organization’
PCDC, in partnership with five major banks and public sources, continues to offer a variety of financing tools to health centers throughout New York State. To date, PCDC innovative programs have created an investment of $250 million in over 75 health center projects.
Caleb DesRosiers, HillCo Health's Vice-President, is one of the four new members of the PCDC Board of Directors. Prior to joining HillCo Health, Caleb worked as a public policy director at two-major global bio- pharmaceutical companies - Hoffmann-La Roche and Pfizer Inc., respectively. Mr. DesRosiers’ federal policy experience includes serving as a Special Assistant at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Washington, D.C., where he worked on the implementation of the Medicare Modernization Act. In addition to PCDC, Mr. DesRosiers serves on the health advisory board of the Executive Council.
HillCo Health has a number of former U.S. Department of Health and Human Services staffers with extensive experience at and working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Food and Drug Administration, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and state health programs.
