Sue the Airline Explains What to Do With Your Pending Airline Complaint

There is hope, and good news for those with pending airline complaints.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov 13, 2009 -
SIS Information LLC has updated the best selling Sue the Airline guide to include a solution for disgruntled airline passengers with pending airline complaints that have not been resolved for years.

“This chapter provides very specific and detailed information on how to file your airline complaint retroactively within a limited time frame to collect the compensation you are owed by airline companies from previous mishaps”; indicated a representative from SIS Information.

The guide discusses the “Statute of Limitations”, a legal clause that exists in most States that specifies the amount of time you have to file an airline complaint after the occurrence of the incident.  This period typically ranges between three to five years, with three years being the more common norm.

Passengers who have experienced airline wrongdoings in the past have up to this amount of time to retroactively file an airline complaint in the small claims court system.  The case is treated in the same way as any other complaint. However, attention must be given to the manner in which the small claims court complaint forms must be filled out.

The company is hoping that the addition of this chapter will help its readers recover amounts owed by airline companies to them from previous unsettled airline complaints.  “Many potential customers have not bought our guide because their complaints were from an occurrence in the past” said an SIS Information representative in a recent press release.  The company is hoping that those customers will come back and make the purchases now.
