Don't worry if there isn't a bottle at home that is suitable for this dinner.  The Clark Wine Center is open daily from 10am.  With over 1000 selections available from all major wine regions in the world and vintages spanning over the last 50 years, it is very likely that a few bottles can be selected.

Getting there
How to get to this fine-dining restaurant in Clark Philippines?  Once you get to Clark Freeport, go straight until you hit Mimosa.  After you enter Mimosa, stay on the left on Mimosa Drive, go past the Holiday Inn and Yats Restaurant (green top, independent 1-storey structure) is on your left.  Just past the Yats Restaurant is the London Pub.
