STONEBRIDGE RESOURCES EXPLORATIONS LTD. INITIATES NEGOTIATIONS WITH CANADIAN BASED GOLD MINE OPERATION


Reno, Nevada—November 12, 2009--Stonebridge Resources Explorations Ltd. (DE:S3C1)- a mining company primarily engaged in the discovery, acquisition and development of mining explorations and other viable opportunities internationally continues to progress with its negotiations to participate in a joint venture agreement with a Canadian based gold company.
“The preliminary talks were very positive and we are optimistic that the company will be announcing a joint venture agreement with this firm in the very near future,” stated Stonebridge CEO, Sidney Lederman.
The company will provide details of this gold mining opportunity once both parties are satisfied with the joint venture agreement.
