Over the course of their weekend, members of The Fountain Retreat will participate in an immersive all-inclusive weekend of fitness classes, demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, lectures as well as one-on-one and group training sessions in and around the Resort.
All meals will be prepared as joint collaborations between Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa’s celebrated Executive Chef Leanne Kamekona and The Fountain Retreat’s nutritionist Jim Harris. Guests will have the opportunity to join the famed chef in the kitchen to learn how to prepare natural and nutritious recipes at home.
