Nov. 12, 2009 - PRLog -- KashFlow, the award winning web-hosted accounting software package, is strengthening its appeal to small businesses by releasing further integration; this time with the popular web-based invoicing application, FreshBooks.

KashFlow now integrates with 22 separate applications making it the most ‘connected’ accounting system on the market and this new link with FreshBooks is set to have a dramatic impact on the highly competitive small business accounting software market.

The move is designed to capture even more new KashFlow users; numbers of which are growing at approximately 10% month on month. More and more small businesses are deserting their traditional accounting software suppliers citing ease of use, functionality, value for money and reliability behind their decision to switch to the KashFlow web-hosted application.

The integration is being marketed as a free add-on and will save small businesses time and money by allowing them transfer data between the two packages. It extends to 5 individual FreshBooks accounts with a single KashFlow account.

One of the associated benefits lies in heightened security. Business owners can choose to give staff full access to FreshBooks to raise invoices and add new customers but restrict access to view company data held within KashFlow to just themselves.

Duane Jackson, CEO and Founder of KashFlow commented: “The high-level seamless connection between KashFlow and FreshBooks provides yet another example of how web-hosted applications are storming ahead of traditional accounting software packages by offering great productivity benefits.  Users need to feel that their chosen software provider is in tune with their business needs and that they can be relied upon to deliver enhancements that don’t cost them anything and when they say they will.”

Steve Mark of Demon Creative said “My business is now fully automated. All of the systems I use – PayPal, WHMCS, my Ecommerce store and now FreshBooks, feed data back to one central location, KashFlow. The time it saves me every day is immeasurable.”

KashFlow was way ahead of the technology curve when it was launched in 2005 as Software as a Service (SaaS) application.  Developed specifically for small businesses typically employing between 1 and 5 staff and with a turnover of less than £500,000 per annum, its rich functionality is based on 4 years of user feedback resulting in the most in-tune accounting system for today’s small business.

This is endorsed by KashFlow’s recent success at this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards where it achieved the double accolade of being named the small business accounting software package of the year and also the web-hosted accounting software package of 2009.
