Nov. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- You’ve heard of the “Million Man March”, well, Red Bluff will be home to the “One Man March” on December 2, at 1 PM.

Wednesday, December 2, is the day that the World March for Peace and Nonviolence is scheduled to pass through Red Bluff on its 93-day, 100-country (six continents) path.

Phil Dynan, co-director at the Red Bluff Art Gallery, learned that the “March” would not actually involve any kind of “march”, so he decided to put on a “One Man March” in honor of the World March.

Dynan will run from the Red Bluff Art Gallery at 601 Walnut to the Red Bluff Park for Study and Reflection at 13499 State Highway 99E. He will start the “One Man March” at 1:15 and finish the three and a half mile distance at 2 PM in the Park, where he will be a guest speaker on the topic of “Peace Through Art”.

Running solo is not a new concept to Dynan, who campaigned for State Assembly in 2006 by (literally) running alone through every town in all nine counties of District 2.
