Creative Lodging Solutions Launches Reporting For Extended Stay Lodging Strategies

Lexington, KY - Creative Lodging Solutions launches a new computerized statistics department designed with the capabiity to capture client extended stay lodging data and present it in easy to read reports. A Creative Lodging Solutions (http://www.yourcls.com),  (CLS) representative will review the custom reports with the client in a consulting session, offering insight into the implications of the data so clients can make educated decisions that conform to the client’s lodging management objectives.

These detailed reports help bring about an increased level of awareness of corporate extended stay lodging issues as well as providing all expenses that are incurred or avoided through the levels of corporate lodging, and possible ways to save money and time.

The statistical reports are in bar graphs and pie charts, and are usually created each quarter. Reporting with client-specific reports, time frames, and schedules is possible.  The reports include information on the hard number impact of many categories such as:  waived no shows fees (failure to arrive without cancellation),  CLS rates versus various hotel rates by state, room nights by month, average daily rate (ADR), hotel per guest rate analysis, highlights of bed efficiency, tax savings,  incidentals, miscellaneous hotel fees dropped, and much more.  The savings of CLS processing invoices for the clients can also be captured and reported with input from the client.
