The campaign created by Base One B2B marketing agency, mimics the recent FlyBe ‘Business is better face to face’ campaign. Powwownow have created a ‘vandalised’
version of the advert to run in the national press. The campaign will outline the weaknesses of the claims that business owners will lose out on prospective business opportunities purely by doing business via a conference call (
http://www.powwownow.co.uk/ ) rather than seeing potential clients in person.
The telephone conference brand will roll out the activity across London this week to promote their free conference calling (
http://www.powwownow.co.uk/Conference-calling ) service which is a great way for businesses to save money and the environment to avoid meeting face to face.
In August 2009 Powwownow published figures outlining the substantial savings their free conference call service made. Within their first 5 years of trading, the company helped 101,597 SMEs save in overall £21 million in conference calling costs alone by using their free service instead.
