INTEGRATIVE FLAVORS, manufacturer of Cook’s Delight soup bases and flavor concentrates, recently added Kate McGowan to their team of dedicated professionals in Quality Assurance. Our continued growth drastically increased the demand for compliance documentation, third party audit reports and product specific information. Kate is committed to providing timely and accurate responses to customer requests.
Kate comes to Integrative Flavors from the financial services industry where her position included being a team leader, providing vendors and branch personnel necessary information and documentation and training personnel. Prior to that she held positions in the food industry ranging from marketing to special event planning.
Kate’s passion for excellence and superior customer service are elevating our offerings to the next level. We are excited to have Kate with us and are continually impressed by her contributions.
Kate is charged with providing all necessary documentation to our customers, keeping Integrative Flavors abreast of industry standards and updating our quality policies to maintain compliance in the food industry. She will also be implementing the iCiXTM system which will allow our customers to easily, accurately and constantly manage communication, supply chain documentation and information through the iCiXTM web interface.
Her business experience in the food industry, marketing and advertising will be a valuable asset as well.
Kate has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Advertising from Indiana University.
