The Projects Group Ltd (TPG) and PMProfessional Learning (PMPL) agree to merge

Nov. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- The boards of TPG and PMPL are delighted to announce that they have reached agreement in principle to merge the two companies.

The move recognises the tremendous synergy between the two companies: both provide project management learning and development services, with courses covering the major qualification streams, as well as core project management and tailored client-specific solutions.  Both PMPL and TPG are well known for innovation in the profession, and the increased capacity in resources and products will enable the new business to continue to deliver world-class project management solutions.

The combined company will benefit from a highly experienced management team, bringing together two established and successful organisations, both with extensive industry knowledge and expertise.

Tony Piper will be Managing Director of the new company and comments “With the marketplace looking to reduce the cost to learn, and the increasing focus on competency, our increased capability and capacity will enable us to deliver cost effective, end-to-end solutions, to corporate customers.”  Eileen Roden of PMPL will take up the role of Operations Director in the new company, working to further enhance the products and services offered to customers.
