All laptop components require the use of a laptop ac adapter, such as HP 380467-003 AC Adapter. However, you may run into the frustrating problem once in a while, where the HP AC Adapter will not function properly and the device will not power on. Luckily, this is not difficult to troubleshoot.
First, you can check the laptop power insertion point. This is where the power connects to the device. Make sure it is completely inserted into the HP. For laptops, this will be on the side, while computers and printers have their HP 380467-003 AC Adapter power source on the back.
