Bodet Aero designs and manufactures electromechanical equipment for the aerospace industry, specifically on-board equipment for extreme environments. The company is exhibiting at the SAE AeroTech Congress and Exhibition in Seattle, Wash., from Nov. 10 to 12, 2009, as part of the Aerospace France Pavilion, booth 513.
The Products: Bodet Aero is the European leader to supply tachometers for landing gear and braking systems. It supplies tachometers for all Airbus programs, for Dassault military and business jets and for different new regional jets programs.
It manufactures the brake pedal transmitter for the entire Airbus family, from the A320 up to A380, using a unique potentiometer technology. Bodet also designs and manufactures a variety of position sensors, such as incremental optical encoders for harsh environments.
The company also developed a range of brushless DC motors for aerospace applications including flight control actuators. It makes mini-gearboxes and reduction gears specially adapted for on-board applications.
