In the lead role as Miss Kitty, Lisa Fogel leads a raucous 1880s musical troupe through Gold Rush mining towns. Fogel, who has been performing professionally in Arizona for more than ten years, is no stranger to leading roles. Also last year, Lisa was part of a creative workshop to develop Gerda’s Lieutenant, a play based on the story of Gerda Weissmann Klein, a Jewish Holocaust survivor. At Theatre 4301 in Scottsdale, Fogel played Patsy Cline in Always, Patsy Cline and originated the role of Anita in the U.S. premiere of Girls Night, which went on to tour in Wisconsin, Illinois and California.
Fogel is supported by a cast of four equally talented performers. Chantel Parsons plays Goldie, Nikki Oakes plays Miss Sue, and Mark Shannon and Jeff Dolan play Slim and Two Gun, respectively.
