Traditional Chianti vinification method of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Trebbiano and Malvasia del Chianti all hand selected from estate vineyards.
Vintage: 2005
Oaked: Matured in large and small oak casks for at least 24 months and further refinement in the bottle for three months. Recommended decanting for 1/2 hour prior to enjoying.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet ruby red color with bouquet notes of spice, ripe cherry, black fruits and vanilla. Big velvety mouth with nice polished tannins. A full-bodied finish of rich layers of ripe red fruits and spice and a long lingering finish. Perfect to pair and pour with hearty meat or game dishes and robust pasta dishes.
