Mr. David J. Baker joins Palingenesis Manufacturing Inc. as Director

Palingenesis Manufacturing Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. David J. Baker, President of FranTech International Licensing, Inc. (FranTech) as Director of Palingenesis and Global Licensing Consultant. Palingenesis signed agreements with FranTech International to market Palingenesis's patented waste treatment and processing systems licensing through FranTech's network of agents in 220 countries to governments, institutions and MSW Enterprises around the world.

Ted J. Staley, Chairman of Palingenesis Manufacturing Inc (www.palingenesismfg.com) and its subsidiary company, Pathogenesis Inc.(www.gennixinc.com) said, “that the appointment of Mr. David J. Baker, President of FranTech USA and FranTech International will ensure that the full weight of FranTech will be mobilized for the development of Palingenesis in to a global leader in the waste management field”.

Mr. Baker is a graduate of “International Trade Tools” from the Center for International Trade Development.  He has been certified with the Export SBDC and a Department of Commerce “Export Wise” affiliates.

Mr. Baker went on to say “that he and FranTech are committed to the success of Palingenesis both finically and philosophically. Mr. Baker is past president of a Toastmaster’s International public speaking organization in Ventura County, and is currently the area Governor for the California/Toastmasters International. Mr. Baker has given speeches on “Future technologies” for the Rotarians International and has spoken on behalf of many special interest projects at city Government/town hall meetings.  He has served as the fund raising coordinator for Ventura County for “Ross Perot’s Campaign Committee. Mr. Baker was also one of five recipients in California to receive the “Outstanding young Californian” award given annually by California Jaycees. He was elected to the Ventura Chamber of Commerce board of directors for three years and served on the Governmental Review Committee.  Mr. Baker also has served as a big brother and won the annual award for recruiting the most new Big Brothers/Sisters for this worth while cause.

Mr. Baker has not only had a distinguished career as a businessman but is known and respected as a community leader. He is the Founder and President of the East Ventura Jaycees.  He was responsible for overseeing the fund raising activities for the Jaycees for Child Abuse and Neglect, M.D.A., the Leukemia Society, and has participated in feeding the homeless programs.  Mr. Baker is a recipient of the United States Milestone award and has served as District California Governor for the Jaycees.
