Palingenesis signed agreements with FranTech International to market Palingenesis's patented waste treatment and processing systems licensing through FranTech's network of agents in 220 countries to governments, institutions and MSW Enterprises around the world.

Mr. Baker is a recipient of the United States Milestone award and has served as District California Governor for the Jaycees.
