Legacy Air of Phoenix, AZ Lands Costa Rica Contract

MANUEL ANTONIO, COSTA RICA—Legacy Air, a major commercial HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical construction service firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, has recently signed a contract with JADE Condo Hotel Residences & Beach Club in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. “Legacy has grown to a multi-state company in 8 years due to its relationship-based customer services. We consider Jade’s Resort to be a totally unique opportunity to participate in a one-of-a-kind luxury condominium and Hotel community being created from the ground up. ” States Jay Parker, Legacy’s President and founder. “This is an incredibility beautiful site and we are delighted to be working with the JADE team on the first phase, which will be completed in December 2009.”

Manuel Antonio is on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica and is anticipated to be one of the region's most sought after condo hotel/ resort destinations. The JADE property is situated one mile from Manuel Antonio National Park - the most visited park in Costa Rica - and approximately five miles from Quepos, considered the sport fishing capital of the world. JADE Condo Hotel Residences & Beach Club will feature 240 designer residences within a four-star hotel setting complete with world-class hospitality services and resident and guest amenities.

This is the first international construction contract for Legacy Air and they are breaking new ground as a company in this significant move into the new construction market.
