Beijing, China – A new website for Chinese people studying and working abroad is making the complicated foreign tax refund process fast and simple.
Thousands of workers from China go abroad every year for employment, education and cultural experiences. Many end up paying a lot of tax on their earnings and once they leave the country this money is lost.
The new Chinese http://www.taxback.cn website helps these workers get their tax refunds in a fast and easy way. The website also offers a number of innovative online tools to help the process including instant messaging with taxback.com tax experts and secure, online personal accounts for every customer.
Chinese students in Australia who work part-time to help fund their studies can claim tax refunds of anything they overpaid. Average refunds are $2500 – depending on how long the student has been in Australia. Once back in China, students can also claim a pension (superannuation)
For people who have worked in the US taxback.com organises income tax refunds which are on average US$800.
The company, which has an office in Beijing, also helps Chinese workers who go to Japan get Japanese income tax refunds and pension refunds through http://www.taxback.cn
“We have been based in China for some time now and we’re delighted to launch this new website to help our Chinese customers even more,” Taxback.com Beijing Office Manager Lily Hung said. “We hope this new service will make claiming a tax refund from abroad even faster and easier.”
