Renewing Values in America
Author Nitsa Lallas is seeking to have a positive impact by urging Congressional Representatives to demonstrate American values by their own example and stop behavior which is divisive, disrespectful and does not serve the American people.
Toward that purpose, Nitsa Lallas personally sent a copy of her newly released book Renewing Values in America to every U.S. Representative hoping to inspire each to set a good example of values for the country. In her recent book, Lallas defines values as the principles that guide our behavior and actions. She offfers a timely and relevant perspective about values in America and a simple, yet practical approach for people to rediscover values, live by them, and teach them to others.
Nitsa Lallas has devoted much of her career to transforming corporate cultures and leadership in Fortune 1000 companies to be more values-based in conduct, and acknowledges that more work is needed here. She believes that putting values like civility, reasonablesness, listening, and integrity into use more will serve America well, and she is taking action to contribute to that end.
