Nov 08, 2009 – The NEW First Time Homebuyer Seminar will be held at the Philip S. Miller Library at 100 S. Wilcox Street in Castle Rock, Colorado at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
During the one hour presentation, an experienced RE/MAX Denver real estate agent will teach home buyers the process of purchasing a home in Colorado with down payment assistance programs.
The course will cover the following topics:

2. The home loan process
3. Castle Rock Colorado affordable homes for sale
4. Purchasing Denver area bank owned properties
