several months ago DTSales took to task the offerings of Intelius.com , Our largest competitor in Public records information search tools.
After opening an account , reviewing their Jargon filled yet Lacking terms and policy pages : we tried and tested the search tools against known Answers.
Out of the 6 inquires, only one returned with current and accurate information .
However, as noted many times by DTSales : Intelius does not state the time period of holding your information, and repeated attempts to have the information deleted has obviously met with failure in light of the recent email.

Intelius has breached several FTC regulations as well as regulation in their own state of operations.
Although it would make some good headlines, DTSales will not hunt the dinosaur down just yet.
