We also offer extensive soldering and hot air soldering which enables us to perform very complex surfactant repairs on logic boards. This includes charging port replacement, switch and replacement of many other components on all types of electronics.
Here at UPI we also offer PC/laptop repair. We can replace your broken LCD or put a whole new unit together in a day.
Our repairs are done same day while you wait.

UPI Communications (formally: Unlimited Paging Inc.) was formed in 1992, in Houston, and incorporated in 1994. The company, privately owned and operated, expanded its operations to Chicago in 2004, and to this day, the owners participate in the day-to-day business of the shops in both Houston and Chicago. Originally selling, repairing and refurbishing pagers for Motorola and PageNet out of Texas, this ended in 1997 with the downfall of PageNet and the advent of cellular phone technology. UPI adapted to the changes in the industry, moving on to focus on the rapidly expanding cellphone repair industry, and brought along its unique ability to service almost anything that came through the door. Today, we at UPI pride ourselves on fast, friendly repair service for not just cell phones, but computers and laptops , gaming systems, ipods, mp3 players and the like, though we're never phased by something new coming in to the shop.
