Hot new jewelry brand Norwegian Wood has arrived at The Stellar Boutique. Canadian designer Angie Johnson has been making waves in the 'indie' design world for some time with her highly sought after, cutting edge designs.
She shot to fame with the creation of the 'cage skirt' and cleverly followed it up with an equally innovative fashion creation, the 'harness', earlier this year. Norwegian Woods' designs have been in demand ever since.
Topshop, as ever, are at the forefront of recognising hot new talent and, like The Stellar Boutique, spotted the potential in Norwegian Wood's jewellery. They will also be stocking a small selection of the range for their new 'Edit' collection at Topshops' flagship store on Oxford Circus. The 'Edit' program will feature 25 hotly tipped designers from around the world in a celebration of fresh, young design talent and will be running from October to December 2009.
Norwegian Wood has just scooped first place in the 'Puces POP fashion show and emerging talent award', proving that this rising star really is one to watch!
