Tail Waggers Expands Service by Launching New Website
As part of an initiative to enhance customer service, Tail Waggers, has launched a website www.tailwaggertreats.com, according to Angela Watkins, chief executive officer.

“Tail Waggers is known for its array of soft dog cookies, including Peanut Butter Bones, Peanut Butter Buttons and Peanut Butter Treats,” said Watkins.  “Now customers can visit www.tailwaggertreats.com to order their favorite items.”

Watkins first came up with the idea to launch her own dog cookie business when her dog Klondike didn’t show any interest in store bought treats.  Watkins began experimenting with several recipes before coming up with winning formulas.

“I was at a local dog park. When one of the other dogs came up and saw I was rewarding Klondike with a cookie, I asked the owner if his dog could have one too,” said Watkins.  “The next think I know is that all of the dogs in the park were following me.”

One of those dog owners commented that she should sell her cookies.  She took that advice and has been offering a variety of home-baked dog cookies ever since.

“A website now enables people to click and order,” explained Watkins.  “Treats are then shipped right to their front door.”
