Human Capital Strategies Hosts Gabriel’s Angels & Phoenix Youth At Risk Night At Phoenix Theatre

Nov. 11, 2009 - PRLog -- Phoenix, AZ –Gabriel’s Angels, an organization whose mission is to deliver healing pet therapy to abused, neglected and at-risk children, nurturing their ability to love and trust; thereby freeing them from the cycle of violence, will be one of two honored charities at Phoenix Theatre on Tues., Nov. 17, 2009 courtesy of Human Capital Strategies (http://HCSCanDo.com) based in Mesa, AZ.

This is the second annual charity night at the Phoenix Theatre hosted by Human Capital Strategies.  Gabriel’s Angels (http://www.gabrielsangels.org) and Phoenix Youth at Risk (http://www.phoenixyouthatrisk.org) will be recipients of their generous contributions from a night at the theatre.  This year’s performance, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, is a hit musical by the Tony Award winning creative team, about a quirky yet charming cast of outsiders for whom a spelling bee is the one place where they can stand out and fit in at the same time.  Six young overachievers in the throes of puberty, overseen by grown-ups who barely managed to escape childhood themselves, will vie for the title of Spelling Bee Champion.

“Last year’s event was such a huge success we had to make it an annual event,” said Jason Knight, founder and principal for Human Capital Strategies.  “Both Gabriel’s Angels and Phoenix Youth At Risk are such wonderful organizations that do so much for our community, so we are delighted to be able to help them serve more children through our night at Phoenix Theatre.  Finally, we are able bring additional exposure to support Phoenix Theatre bring top-notch musicals to the Valley.  We are proud to be part of so many fantastic organization on one marvelous night.”

Tickets for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee hosted by Human Capital Strategies on Tues., Nov. 17, 2009 at 7 p.m. are only $24.50 each and may be purchased at the Phoenix Theatre box office or by phone 602.254.2151.  All proceeds from the sale of the tickets will go to Gabriel’s Angels.  Phoenix Theatre is located at 100 E.
