Mesa, Arizona - The Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce has named Human Capital Strategies (HCS) as a finalist in the 2009 Sterling Award in the micro-business category. Sterling Award recipients exhibit success through innovation, creativity and collaboration.
A micro-business is defined as an emerging business with one to six employees; and award honorees are considered the Phoenix area’s brightest rising stars. The awards recognize excellence, innovation and community stewardship making our community a great place to live and work.
“This is a huge honor for our company,” states Jason Knight, Founder and Principle of Human Capital Strategies. “Our entire team contributed to HCS being a finalist for this award. We work together to find innovative ways to add value to the services we provide to our clients.
As simple as it sounds, one of the innovations HCS has implemented is strict adherence to the feedback clients offer in their annual survey. The purpose of the survey is to ask clients how HCS can improve their service to them. The responses are compiled, analyzed and implemented. Each client receives a letter thanking them for their feedback and sharing the new service improvements.
Award winners will be announced in a ceremony on November 12, 2009.
