You have to understand that what we are selling is unique ,Yes we still hand make kitchens but sell them direct at our greatly reduced factory price. All the kitchens are made of Scandinavian Pine which we import directly from Finland each week, the backs are pine tongue and groove. The doors are raised pine panels in a pine frame,hung on soft closing hinges.
As usual the kitchens are marketed on our website using Google, which we find the best advertising medium,having advertised in the press and local radio which was both expensive and ineffective
Manufacturing of pine is dramatically over the past 5 years, this is due to cheap imports from China,and Brazil, but recently the cost of imports has risen, not only does this make Uk pine more competitive, but with the Pine Factory who are the specialists in tailor making kitchens wardrobes and bookcases, a great product and service is now even more price friendly.
