Bicycle Motor Electric, “tumtumcar” and “bijli”, are full functional pedal and electric driven street legal 4 wheel bikes, and come in three variants, including “sultana” the solar-electric hybrid. Bicycle Motor Electric Assist  quadracycles, starting from $990.00, come with 1, 2 and 4 seats, front and rear suspension, alloy wheels, parking brake with choice of bicycle motor kit from 350 to 1000 Watts in 36 volt battery package, and optional Solar Photovoltaic Panels for the hybrid “sultana”.
