Twelve of Europe's finest singers to perform rock to opera – pop to classic Broadway at Palladium next week
The internationally acclaimed Twelve Tenors are set to perform live in concert at the Palladium in Dubai Media City starting on Thursday 12th November for three consecutive nights.
During two sets each evening the ensemble will belt out an array of traditional songs, ballads, pop and even a selection of songs from well known operas for the purists. One highlight is bound to be their unique rendition of selected Beatles' classics.
Over the last twelve months the tenors have completed a sell out arena tour of the US, a theatre tour of Scandinavia and a concert tour of the UK.
Cathryn Gaspar, CEO of Full House the Dubai-based production company responsible for bringing the group over to Dubai commented: “One of their career highlights was their performance during the gala dinner at the Monte Carlo rally. They have sold out every venue that they have played thrilling up to 30,000 fans at a time in some cases. This really is a major coup for Dubai.”
Next the boys travel to Portugal to start an extensive tour of Europe, before jetting-off to New Zealand and South Africa.
According to Gaspar, the group was also a big hit on New York's Broadway, performing to rave reviews. “Local media such as the New York Times described the Twelve Tenors as young good-looking guys with amazing voices – audiences loved every minute of their tremendous show. Who are we to argue with that?”
The Twelve Tenors will be performing at the Palladium in Dubai Media City on Thursday, 12th, Friday 13th and Saturday 14th November. Doors open at 7pm and performances start at 8pm.
