Boca Raton, FL – Bankruptcy Attorney Sidney Turner presented “Everything you wanted to know about bankruptcy in 50 minutes or less” to members of the Florida Gold Coast Alumni Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi on November 6th during their Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Seminar at the South County Civic Center in Delray Beach.
Turner will discuss: Chapter 11 - bankruptcies and bankruptcy alternatives, Bankruptcy and Debtors - what the options are and a case study from the debtors perspective, Bankruptcy and Creditors - what the options are and a case study from the creditors perspective.
Turner has been a trusted advisor and advocate to creditors, entrepreneurs, franchisee, franchisors and lawyers for more than three decades. He has a strong business and financial background with an MBA in finance and a BA in economics. He was the Corporate Planning and Securities Regulation Special Council for Rule Interpretation for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), a bankruptcy trustee and an operating chapter 11 trustee appointed by the U.S. Trustees office.
