Inventory Make: An inventory is a report created specifically for a residential or commercial tenanted property; it is intended as an independent opinion and informative guide to both landlord and tenant about the condition of any fixtures, fittings, furniture, contents and décor. Check In: The check-in appointment is preceded by the Inventory Make. This appointment is between the tenant and the Inventory Clerk.
