PR Log (Press Release) – Nov 06, 2009 – The church has been a fantastic venue for various parties, gigs and of course, faith ceremonies throughout the years. The high ceilinged church provided a dramatic display for our battery operated candles, that were placed on top of the numerous pillars in the church hall. Using a mix of flameless real wax candles and silicone candles the flickering effect was a great spectacle, finished off with other amazing lighting. ACNE’s new publication is based on Spirituality and the front cover has the stunning Tilda Swinton as you’ve never seen her before. Guests from the fashion world and music were provided with a fantastic night’s entertainment and many left I’m sure with a morning hangover in waiting. Over 700 battery operated candles were used at the church provided by www.batterycandles.co.uk. Many thanks to all those who helped with the packing and switching on of all the candles. I’m sure from the various pictures on blog sites and magazine sites you’ll see it really did look amazing.
