ADL945PC-LTSPREADER, Lightweight Spreader for ADL Single Board Computer

The ADL945PC-LTSPREADER spreader is for mass conscious applications, ideal for UAV applications, hand held applications, etc. Basically any application where weight is important. The ADL945PC-LTSPREADER has thermal performance in excess of 98% of the original ADL945PC-SPREADER (293162), but at a mass savings of nearly 45%. Like all of the thermal solutions offered for the PC/104 lines, the flat-plate mounting pattern on the ADL945PC is bolt-up compatible with all other 855 and 945 class thermal interface products.
