Energy management and optimization has become a priority as private individuals and businesses work to reduce their expenses and strengthen their bottom line.
According to the US Department of Energy, the largest single use for electricity is lighting (27%) followed by cooling (refrigeration and air conditioning)
In an effort to help improve their clients complete energy picture, Ferrin's Air Force Cooling and Heating's Managing Partner and General Manager, Bob Ferrin, has become a L.E.E.D. accredited professional and has received certification in air and water balancing from The National Balancing Council.
This move into a "Total Energy Optimization"
A short 15-20 minute test is all it takes to render a CSER or HSER (Cooling System Efficiency Rating / Heating System Efficiency Rating). This rating can then easily be interpreted into actual inefficiency costs and potential savings available. This simple test in conjunction with an infrared scan, building envelope pressure test, and air flow evaluation can give Ferrin's technicians a clear look at the energy efficiency characteristics of a structure. At that time they can accurately propose repairs and improvements that will remedy those present issues.
"Without accurate and reliable testing methods and instruments we would be guessing at needed improvements which would most likely result in unnecessary expenditures, unreliable results, and unmeasurable benefits", says Ferrin's Air Force Founder Bob Ferrin.
For a limited time Ferrin's Air Force Cooling and Heating is offering the CSER or HSER test on a single system at no cost. Ferrin's Air Force Cooling and Heating is currently scheduling a limited number of appointments for the free test. Call 480-833-5838 to reserve an appointment.
