The office, which occupies the first floor of the Mayfair Royal building on 14th Street, offers a more convenient location for the company's clients, and will allow the company to recruit even more new agents.

“While many companies are downsizing, we are growing,” says Jon Carr, managing director for the Morris & Raper InTown division. “In the past nine months, we have added 24 new agents.
